Educational Qualification

• Engineering Posts: Degree in relevant Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, etc.) from a recognized University/Institute.

• Finance: Graduation + CA/CWA OR Engineering Graduate with MBA (Finance).

• HR: Graduation + PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/Social Work (minimum 2 years duration).

Minimum Marks Required:

• General/OBC/EWS: 60% aggregate.

• SC/ST/PwD: 50% aggregate.

• Departmental Candidates (SC/ST/PwD): 45% aggregate.

• Final year students are also eligible to apply but must produce final pass certificates before the GD & Interview.

Age Limit (As on 11/08/2026)

• Upper Age Limit: 27 Years.

• Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), Departmental (10 years), PwBD/Ex-Servicemen (as per Govt. rules).

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a combination of the following stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective type questions.

2. Group Discussion (GD): Discipline & Category wise.

3. Interview: Personal Interview.

Weightage of Marks:

• CBT: 70%

• Group Discussion: 15%

• Interview: 15%

Minimum Qualifying Marks in CBT: UR/EWS (50%), OBC-NCL (45%), SC/ST/PwBD (40%).

• General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable).

• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental Candidates: Exempted.

Salary & Emoluments

• During Training (6 Months): Rs. 50,000/- + DA.

• After Training (Assistant Manager): Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000 (Pay Scale) with initial Basic Pay of Rs. 60,000/-.
