Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Public Prosecutor (140 posts)
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience at the Bar.
- Desirable: Experience as a Government Advocate.
Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Anatomy / General Medicine)
- Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in the concerned specialty from a recognized institute.
- At least 3 years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident, Tutor, Demonstrator, Registrar, Assistant Professor or Lecturer after the first PG degree.
Public Law Officer / District Litigation Officer / Law Officer (Ladakh)
- Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Relevant litigation/legal experience as prescribed in the notification.

Age is reckoned as on the closing date (2 October 2026 / 9 October 2026 for Ladakh). Additional relaxation up to 10 years applies for PwBD candidates, and relaxation is available for contractual employees of the concerned department for the Assistant Public Prosecutor post (subject to conditions in the notification).
