Eligibility Criteria for SBI CBO

Before applying, ensure you meet the following requirements as of December 31, 2025:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.

• Age Limit: 21 to 30 years (Candidates must be born between 01.01.1996 and 31.12.2004).

• Local Language: Must be proficient (reading, writing, and speaking) in the specified local language of the applied circle.

SBI CBO Selection Process

The selection will be based on a four-phase process:

1. Online Examination: Objective Test (120 marks) and Descriptive Test (50 marks).

2. Screening: Verification of experience and job profile.

3. Interview: Consists of 50 marks.

4. Local Language Test: To test proficiency in the opted language.
