RCF Management Trainee Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Percentage:
Engineering Disciplines (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Fire, IT, Materials):
Regular 4-year B.E./B.Tech or 3-year lateral entry post-Diploma in the relevant discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution. Minimum 60% aggregate in the final year (55% for SC/ST candidates).
Boiler Discipline:
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical with a valid Boiler Operation Engineer’s Certificate (BOE) or Boiler Proficiency Certificate. Minimum 60% in final year (55% for SC/ST).
Industrial Engineering:
Regular B.E./B.Tech in Industrial Engineering OR B.E./B.Tech in any discipline with a 2-year regular PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Management/Operations Research with 60% aggregate.
CC LAB:
Ph.D. in Chemistry OR B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Technology (60% aggregate for Engineering graduates; no percentage criteria for Ph.D.).
Rajbhasha:
Master’s degree in Hindi with English at the degree level OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi at the degree level with 60% aggregate in Post-Graduation.
Finance:
CA/CMA OR regular Commerce Graduate with a 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance with 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST). M.Com is not eligible.
Marketing:
Regular Science/Engineering/Agriculture Graduate with a 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM in Marketing or Agriculture Business Management with 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST).

Selection Process
The selection will be based on the following stages:
Online Computer-Based Test (CBT)
90-minute test with 100 objective questions. 50 domain-specific questions of 2 marks each and 50 Aptitude/English/Reasoning/GK questions of 1 mark each. Negative marking is applicable for wrong answers.
Personal Interview
Candidates shortlisted in a 1:7 ratio based on CBT performance will be called for an interview.
Final Merit List
Weightage of 80% for Online Test and 20% for Personal Interview. Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks in the interview separately.
Salary & Stipend
During Training
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹60,000/- for one year. Free lodging facility will be provided at company hostels for Trombay/Thal postings.
Upon Absorption
After successful training, candidates will be absorbed in the E1 Grade with a pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000/-. The approximate total monthly gross emoluments will be around ₹86,320/- including Basic Pay, VDA, Perks, HRA, and other allowances.
Bond & Probation
Bond Amount
₹2,00,000/- to be deposited as Fixed Deposit with lien marked to RCF Ltd for a period of 4 years including training period.
Probation Period
6 months after successful completion of one year training.

Only Indian Citizens are eligible to apply for RCF Management Trainee Recruitment 2026.
Final year students are not eligible to apply. Candidates must have completed their degree before the cut-off date.
Category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) once submitted cannot be changed during the selection process.
Candidates employed in Government/PSUs must produce NOC at the time of interview.
The cut-off date for determining eligibility in respect of educational qualification and age is 01 February 2026.
Online test will be conducted in cities including Bhopal, Delhi/NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane, and Nagpur.
