🎓 Educational Qualification Required

Applicants must possess full-time degrees in hospitality, culinary arts, or tourism-related disciplines from government-recognized institutions. Accepted qualifications include hotel administration degrees, culinary management MBAs, and tourism management programs approved by UGC or AICTE

👉 Freshers are eligible and encouraged to attend the interview.


🎯 Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 27 years for Unreserved category

  • Relaxations apply for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules

Candidates selected under this recruitment may be posted anywhere across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, or Rajasthan, and could be transferred to other regions of India based on operational needs


🧑‍💼 Roles & Responsibilities

Hospitality Monitors will play a crucial role in maintaining service excellence in railway catering operations. Key duties include:

  • Supervising food preparation and service standards

  • Ensuring hygiene and statutory compliance

  • Coordinating manpower and inventory

  • Handling passenger feedback and grievance redressal

  • Monitoring catering partners

  • Preparing reports using MS Office tools

  • Training onboard staff


📝 Selection Process

Candidates must appear directly at the interview venue with:

  • Duly filled application form

  • Original certificates and one set of photocopies

  • Two passport-size photographs

Final selection will be based on interview performance and document verification, and a reserve panel will also be prepared for future requirements
