The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for CRP RRBs XIV recruitment for Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India.

📌 Important Dates

• Online Registration & Fee Payment: 01.09.2025 to 21.09.2025

• Pre-Exam Training (PET): November 2025

• Prelims Exam: November / December 2025

• Mains Exam / Single Exam: December 2025 – February 2026

• Interviews (for Officers): January / February 2026

• Provisional Allotment: February / March 2026

📌 Posts & Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)

• Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18–28 years

• Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): 18–30 years

• Officer Scale II (Manager): 21–32 years

• Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): 21–40 years

(Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules.)

📌 Educational Qualifications

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline + proficiency in local language + computer knowledge desirable.

• Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference to graduates in Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, etc.

• Officer Scale II (General Banking): Graduate with minimum 50% + 2 years experience.

• Officer Scale II (Specialist Officers): Degree in relevant field + 1–2 years experience (depending on specialization).

• Officer Scale III: Graduate with 50% + minimum 5 years banking/finance experience.

📌 Application Fees

• SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM: ₹175/- (inclusive of GST)

• All Others: ₹850/- (inclusive of GST)

📌 Selection Process

• Office Assistants & Officer Scale I: Prelims + Mains + Interview (for Officer Scale I)

• Officer Scale II & III: Single Exam + Interview

The recruitment covers 43 Regional Rural Banks across India, including Jammu & Kashmir Grameen Bank, Punjab Gramin Bank, Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank, Bihar Gramin Bank, Karnataka Grameena Bank, and many more.
