3. Educational Qualifications and Eligibility

Junior Stenographer: Candidates must have passed 10+2 (XII) or equivalent and must meet the stenography proficiency norms set by DoPT.

Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Requires a 10+2 (XII) pass and proficiency in computer typing. For the Finance & Accounts stream, having Accountancy as a subject in the 12th standard is mandatory.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): The essential requirement is a Matriculation (10th) pass. Candidates with an Intermediate (12th) qualification are also encouraged to apply.
4. Age Relaxation Policy
The minimum age for all posts is 18 years as of March 02, 2026. Relaxations in the upper age limit are provided for reserved categories:
