  • Havildar (Information Operations): B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer science/IT, or BA/MA in Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, or Political Science.

  • Havildar (Linguist): BA/MA or specialized Diplomas in Chinese, Russian, or Arabic languages.

  • Note: Candidates categorized under “Priority-I” (higher specialized degrees) are eligible for a 30-point bonus in the final merit list.
