Training Duration & Stipend

Training Period: 15 months (fixed, non-extendable)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:

Passed CA Intermediate (ICAI) OR

Passed CMA Intermediate (ICMAI)
Candidates who have already completed one year or more of similar training in any PSU are not eligible.
Age Limit (as on crucial date)

UR / EWS: Up to 28 years

OBC (NCL): Up to 31 years

SC / ST: Up to 33 years

PwD: Additional age relaxation as per government norms
Reservation Policy
Coal India follows Government of India reservation rules:

SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, and PwD reservations applicable

15% preference for eligible Land Owners

20% preference for Wards of Coal India Employees

Reservation for women will be applied as per official guidelines
Selection Process

Selection will be purely merit-based

Marks obtained in CA/CMA Intermediate (both groups) will be considered
