  • Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18 – 28 years

  • Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): 18 – 30 years

  • Officer Scale II (Manager): 21 – 32 years

  • Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): 21 – 40 years
    (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, etc. as per Govt. rules)

Educational Qualification

  • Office Assistants & Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; proficiency in local language; computer knowledge desirable.

  • Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + 2 years experience.

  • Officer Scale II (Specialist Officers): Specific qualifications in IT, Law, Agriculture, CA, MBA (Finance/Marketing) with experience.

  • Officer Scale III: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + 5 years experience as an officer.
